We add one flat service fee to your TNC or Rideshare fare, shared with you before you book. No hidden charges, no guessing.
Under $10: $3.49 Service fee
$10 to $15: $4.49 Service fee
$15 to $20: $5.99 Service fee

Membership covers the concierge experience: a real person who books and manages your rides by phone. Ride prices are not included in membership. Both plans include 24-hour coverage, scheduling rides up to 30 days ahead, and family ride updates by text.
Annual is $119 a year, which comes to $9.92 a month. Monthly is $24 a month, and you can switch to annual any time.
Annual members get 10% off their first two rides each month and 5% off every ride after that, with capped service fees, their first late cancellation fee covered one time, and their membership price held for 12 months. Monthly members get 5% off their first two rides each month. The discount comes off the total you see before booking, shows as a discount on the fare line, is never more than $5 on any one ride, resets on your billing date, and does not carry over. A ride gets the member discount or a promotion, whichever is larger, never both. Existing members keep their current plan and benefits.
Fares are passed through directly from the transportation network providing the ride, whether Uber or Lyft, plus the service fee shown above. Both are confirmed with you before you book.
Membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time.
